Cancellation/Refund Policy

1 to 1 Training Service

A minimum of 24 hour notice must be given and this allows you to reschedule to a different day or be given a refund. If under 24 hours payment will be kept and if you would like to rebook you will have to make an additional payment. 

Board & Train Service

A minimum of 7 day notice must be given and this allows you to reschedule to a different day or be given a refund. If under 7 days, 25% of the  payment will be kept and you will receive 75% refund. 

Walking Service 

A minimum of 24 hour notice must be given and this allows you to reschedule to a different day or be given a refund. If under 24 hours payment will be kept and if you would like to rebook you will have to make an additional payment. 

Pet Sitting Services 

A minimum of 48 hour notice must be given and this allows you to reschedule to a different day or be given a refund. If under hours days, 25% of the payment will be kept and you will receive 75% refund.
